Lime Poppy Seed Fruit Salad
A tart, refreshing summer fruit salad for lunch, dinner, and picnics. Of course, we serve it for breakfast, so make a big batch and have it with your morning oatmeal.

Ingredients
  • 1/4tsp lime zest
  • 2tbsp lime juice
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 1tsp poppy seeds
  • 1cup strawberriesquartered
  • 1cup red grapesseedless
  • 1 kiwicut in chunks
  • 1 bananasliced
  • 1cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. To make dressing: Whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
  2. Toss fruit in large bowl. Drizzle dressing on top and toss to mix. (If you are bringing this to a picnic, add the dressing just before serving.)
  3. Spoon fruit into individual bowls, top with lime zest.
Recipe Notes

If you are making this fruit salad for multiple days of morning goodness, add the dressing the day you eat it. The lime juice will break down the fruit causing it to be really mushy.

Feel free to add and subtract different fruits!
