Lime Poppy Seed Fruit Salad
A tart, refreshing summer fruit salad for lunch, dinner, and picnics. Of course, we serve it for breakfast, so make a big batch and have it with your morning oatmeal.

- 1/4 tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 cup strawberries quartered
- 1 cup red grapes seedless
- 1 kiwi cut in chunks
- 1 banana sliced
- 1 cup blueberries

- To make dressing: Whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
- Toss fruit in large bowl. Drizzle dressing on top and toss to mix. (If you are bringing this to a picnic, add the dressing just before serving.)
- Spoon fruit into individual bowls, top with lime zest.
If you are making this fruit salad for multiple days of morning goodness, add the dressing the day you eat it. The lime juice will break down the fruit causing it to be really mushy.
Feel free to add and subtract different fruits!
